Thirty days. If the app did not work for you, you get your money back — and you should not have to argue for it.
Ask within 30 days of your payment and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain yourself, and you do not have to prove you used it.
Reply to the receipt email you received from the payment processor when you paid. Using that same email address is all we need to find your payment — there is no form and no ticket queue.
We approve it, and the refund returns to the original payment method. Card refunds typically land within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Full-app access ends on refund. Anything you created in the app is yours and stays on your device — export it first if you want to keep it. The free tier stays free and keeps working.
Tell us first. A missing unlock is usually a delivery problem we can fix the same day, and you should not lose the plan you paid for because of it.
Yes, inside the 30 days. "I did not get round to it" is a normal reason and we do not interrogate it.
There is nothing to refund — it is free and needs no card.
Those purchases are handled by the seller you bought from, so their returns policy applies. Book codes that came with a physical book are not affected by a refund of an app plan.
We would rather refund you and stay honest than keep a payment you are unhappy with. If something about the app felt off, tell us that too — it is how the app gets better.
Free for up to three habits — no card needed.
