Plain terms for One Minute Magic: what the app is, what is free, how paid plans work, and how to cancel.
One Minute Magic is a habit-tracking web app built on one rule: one minute a day. It is the companion app to the book One Minute Magic by Coach DanielG. By using the app you agree to these terms.
The free tier is free and needs no card: up to three habits, the 60-second timer, honest streaks with declared skip days, photo proof, commitment certificates and export. It does not expire.
At launch this app takes no payment at all. The app is free, the first 30 people get the app and the ebook as a gift, and no card details are asked for anywhere. The sections below about prices and checkout describe the paid plans and apply again only if and when we put them back on sale, which we will say plainly on the app.
The amount and the billing period are shown to you on the Airwallex checkout page before you pay. Payments are processed by Airwallex; card details are handled by them and never by the app.
A paid plan unlocks the full app — unlimited habits, and the ebook where the plan includes it. Where a plan includes the ebook, how to receive it is stated at checkout.
An annual plan gives twelve months of access from the date of purchase. Nothing renews automatically: you are not charged again, and access simply runs to the end of the period you paid for. There is no subscription to cancel and no card kept on file.
A code from the book gives a free month of the full app. Codes are single-use and are not a subscription.
You can stop at any time by replying to your receipt email and saying stop — there is no retention maze and nothing to phone up about. There is nothing to cancel: no plan renews, no card is kept on file, and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. If you want the emails to stop, reply to any email and say stop. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Habits, streaks, photo proof and body-log entries are stored in your own browser, not on our servers, and you can export or delete them at any time. See the privacy policy for the detail. Keep your own copy: the app never holds one, so if you clear your browser data or switch device, only a backup file you exported yourself can bring your record back — use Export regularly and Restore on the new device.
One Minute Magic is a habit tool, not medical, health, fitness, dietary or therapeutic advice, and not a medical device. It helps you keep a commitment you chose; it does not diagnose or treat anything. Speak to a qualified professional about your health.
We work to keep the app available and correct, but it is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Singapore consumer law.
These terms may change; the effective date below changes with them. If a change materially reduces what you get on an existing paid plan, we will not apply it to the period you have already paid for.
